Head of Social Impact and Inclusion at Sweetgreen

Kirby has always had an interest in public health and wellness. She earned her undergraduate degree at Stanford and a masters in Public Health at Columbia before working in the public sector at the Robin Hood Foundation. Kirby then had the opportunity to work at the White House in the Office of First Lady Michele Obama, working on the “Let’s Move” initiative, which focused on promoting nutrition and physical activity for children and their families.
