MEET THE FOUR POWERHOUSES
Founder & CEO of DryBar & Squeeze
Before becoming a full-time mom, Alli’s career in PR gave her the opportunity to work with clients like Faith Hill, Paul McCartney and Keith Urban. She’s also a professional hairstylist trained at Toni & Guy, and spent years working under John Sahag in NYC. In 2008, Alli began a side business called Straight-at-Home, providing in-home blowouts on a referral basis in LA. When her business and popularity quickly outgrew her one-woman show, she decided to expand and started Drybar. Drybar is now a multi-million dollar business with over 100 locations and full line of products. Alli has been featured in Fortune’s “40 under 40”, Marie Claire’s “16 Most Fascinating Women,” Cosmopolitan’s 2013 “Power List” and Fast Company’s “100 Most Creative People in Business.”

Founder & CEO of Olive & June
Before opening the Beverly Hills flagship nail salon in August 2013, Sarah worked for ten years as an equity sales trader at JP Morgan and Morgan Stanley in New York City. But quality of life wooed her out West. When she arrived in Los Angeles, Sarah realized it had everything she wanted — except the perfect nail salon. Seeing the opportunity to create a beautiful space where women could enjoy consistently expert nail care while spending time with their friends – Sarah opened Olive & June. Now a Vogue and celebrity approved nail salon, Olive & June has truly disrupted the industry by providing personalized attention and luxury service at an approachable price. O&J recently launched a new line of products for an elevated at-home experience as well.
Head of Social Impact and Inclusion at Sweetgreen
Kirby has always had an interest in public health and wellness. She earned her undergraduate degree at Stanford and a masters in Public Health at Columbia before working in the public sector at the Robin Hood Foundation. Kirby then had the opportunity to work at the White House in the Office of First Lady Michele Obama, working on the “Let’s Move” initiative, which focused on promoting nutrition and physical activity for children and their families. She then moved to a digital marketing role at Under Armor where her team focused on brand integration with popular apps like “My Fitness Pal.” Most recently, Kirby was brought on to Sweetgreen’s executive team with an one-of-a-kind role, Head of Social Impact and Inclusion, which has bridged the gap between her passion for public health and business.
