Yoga Nidra for Letting Go
In this workshop, we will explore the true purpose of Yoga Nidra and how it can assist us in deeply releasing whatever it is we are holding onto. If you’ve practiced in a group class, you’ve probably experienced its benefits as a relaxation meditation. However, this ancient practice has much, much more to offer.
After practicing, studying, and teaching Yoga Nidra for the past 12 years, Senior DEN Meditation teacher Hilary Jackendoff will share what it really means to let go, why it’s so hard, and how Yoga Nidra can help us do it.
