The Yogi’s Guide to Diet and Healing Foods taught by Siri Ved Khalsa, Yogi Bhajan’s personal cook and author of, From Vegetables, with Love – Recipes & Tales from a Yogi’s Kitchen.

Siri Ved will share from her wealth of knowledge about the yogic diet, healing qualities of foods, yogic approach to preparing food, and stories from the years she served as Yogi Bhajan’s personal cook. Be prepared for a short yoga set for digestion (yoga mat, blanket).
