LEARN TO MEDITATE WORKSHOP

We know when you first start meditating you sometimes have questions. This is the perfect workshop for you. Benjamin Decker will talk about and teach you different styles of meditation: Mindfulness, Mantra, and Visualization. He will also discuss posture, stillness, breath, and are you doing it “right.”
