Simone Tai

Simone is a British mindfulness teacher and graduate of the Den 400 hr teacher training. Coming from a background of 15 years as a TV Producer, Simone first turned to meditation to help with work related anxiety and pressure. But it was a 7 year fertility journey and the overwhelming emotions that came with it that led her to dive fully into the practice, as a result it completely turned her life around. After seeing a significant difference in her overall wellbeing, joy and marriage, Simone now loves to combine all her training and personal experience to help guide others going through similar life challenges to find inner strength and happiness.

As a dedicated practitioner for over 12 years, Simone has a wealth of experience in a variety of styles including Mindfulness, Self Compassion and Transcendental Meditation. She is a qualified 200hr Vinyasa Yoga Instructor, Reiki level 1 & 2 practitioner and trained in the ‘Mindful Self Compassion’ program created by Drs. Kristin Neff and Christopher Germer. Her aim is to offer kindness and warmth in her classes making meditation accessible and digestible to all, because you don’t need to be spiritual to get all the incredible benefits.
