Sunset. Stillness. Sound
A rooftop experience to reset your nervous system + ignite your inner clarity
Join Heather Prete and Your DEN Fam at sunset on the rooftop of The London Hotel West Hollywood for an unforgettable evening where science-backed mindfulness meets soulful healing practices. This immersive meditation offers a powerful taste of what’s to come at our SLO Summer Silent Retreat—an invitation to slow down, connect, and feel deeply.
Begin with guided mindfulness meditation grounded in compassion and neuroscience, then melt into a transformative sound bath led by DEN facilitator Melissa to seal in the calm. Sip curated teas, mingle with like-hearted humans, ask your questions, and enjoy intentional time to sit, feel, and reconnect with what matters.
